NCI suspends users if their re-certification is overdue. Once the re-certification period has lapsed, the accounts enter the ‘suspension’ state and all project memberships are suspended as well. If the re-certification is not completed after a certain time, their accounts enter a ‘deactivated’ state.
If your account is up for re-certification, log into my.nci.org.au and follow the wizard to complete the re-certification.
